Some of the girls that have been bred are Lauren( 6 pups born 9/23), Freya bred the 3rd week of Oct.,9 pups born 12/22, Marylu will be bred in March, 2012, to Houston.  Indy was bred inNov. We plan to use Bogie, Houston and OZ, but we will out breed at least 4 girls. Gypsy, a golden retriever, was bred in Oct. She had 10 pups 12/21/12. One will be bred to a Pondholo stud, or a Chesabar stud, a new stud "Cash  and the others to our own studs . We do not line breed. We will be looking at 4 to 6 litters in 2012,Gypsy's litter will be posted ASAP. Pick which parents you would like to get a pup from, call us and let us know.

Gunner and Lauren will be bred for their 1st litter by 8/11. She had an exceptional litter 2 years ago that made good hunters, herders and companions. Yes, I said herders; one of her daughters is herding and hunting on a ranch in southern Louisiana. Lauren is a very talented dog, smart and beautiful. She has finished her Grand Championship July, 2011. Lauren had 6 dark brown beauties 9/23/11. One female still available. Gunner has a great temperament and very substantial in bone with an exceptional head piece.  Gunner has a JH and will be working on his Senior hunt title in 2012 with Dan at "Marks-a-lot Kennels,  as well as his conformation in spring 2012. Xanadu Git Paid "Cash"

 These 2 were bred the 3rd week of Oct., 2011. Pups were born 12/22/11; 5 males, 4 females. We expected some very light pups from Freya; we have sedge and light brown , maybe some dead grass. These are both young dogs and should do very well together. This will definitely be a rainbow litter. Cash should produce heavy boned pups of various colors. Cash has a beautiful head, great angles and is deep mahogany in color. Cash is available for stud. He is definitely a mix of this mother and father. Just turning 3, 6/28/11 he still has to body out but looks almost like his father at that age. This is Freya's and Cash's first litter. She was sired buy a wonderful hunt dog, Barnes, a big boy, OFA Excellent, normal on shoulders , elbows and patella; heart, normal; CERF normal. Freya's mother is our CH Wing-ding Dina that just received a 5 point major towards her grand championship. Freya is OFA good with normal elbows. CERF is normal. Cash was OFA'd recently and came back excellent and normal elbows as well as normal CERF.  Freya will start her championship quest after the pups are born. Cash is an avid hunter and will start his championship in August. Cash is the son of OZ and Dallas. This will be a complete out breeding. Clearances will be available.  We are working on Sadie's clearances now, but she was pre-limed at 14 months as good to excellent.  Houston is an excellent show dog is a champion in 4 countries  as well as a hunting maniac. Houston is OFA excellent with all clearances. He is sweet tempered and put together just right. Houston is available for stud. Houston produces heavy boned, beautiful pups, Sadie is Ivy's last daughter; the only one we kept for show and breeding. She carries a beautiful coat and has a lovely head piece. With Houston as sire, the pups will not only be beautiful but easy going and a dream to train. These pups will start at $1200.

Houston and Marylu were bred the 2nd week of October, 2011; didn't take. We will try again in March, 2012.  Marylu is our newest female champion and is a striking girl with lots of drive and love. Marylu has all her clearances.  Houston is a champion in 4 foreign countries and has produced many fine pups. He just fathered a litter of 7! He is OFA Excellent, clear CERF with normal other clearances. Houston has a wonderful temperament and produces calm dogs with gorgeous coats, yet good hunter; a rare combination. We look forward to this breeding of 2 exceptional dogs. Pups will start at $1600.

Cutter                                                                                    Xanadu Star Of India (Indy)

Indy is a daughter of Willy and Dallas.. She is a warm reddish brown is very sweet and low keyed but loves to run. Indy has half of her champion points and will finish spring/summer, 2012.  Indy will be bred November, 2011, to a dead grass Champion from Pennsylvania, Cutter, a Pond hollow champion.  Pups will be born Jan. 26, 2012, and ready for their new home sometime in March, 2012. Cutter has all his clearances; Indy is OFA Good, elbows normal, cerf normal. As a sire, he has 6 offspring that have completed their Ch title, 2 more have show pts including majors; 4 have earned JH titles, 1 SH with four MH legs and two CD's & one CDX. He has produced heavy bone, good tails, thick coats, and short backs and a range of colors. His pups are excellent at retrieving and are handsome good looking dogs His pedigree is an outcross bringing in FT lines. His sire Ch Sako MH *** needed but an all-breed win to be a Dual Ch (his sire was Dual/AFC Westwinds Rudy of Nordais). Cutter's dam was a lovely coated, well boned deadgrass bitch.

CUTTER completed his Ch title with a BOB from classes over specials and a WD award at an ACC Supported Entry. He is also a sporting group winning and multiple placing dog. He won the FIRST award of merit at the 2006 ACC National. He reminds us much of his grandsire Ch Pond Hollow Casablanca. Cutter comes from a litter in which 4 littermates have hunt test titles-1 SH & 3 JH. One brother has a Master leg and has run Qualifying FT; and another brother titled his CD with a Dog World award.

              Gypsy was bred the in October to Travis, a junior hunter working on his senior hunter, he is also active in agility. Travis' father is a master hunter and beautiful dog. Travis has all his clearances.  Keep in mind that Gypsy has an excellent pedigree and is a great girl; she swims and really thinks the squirrels are going to come visit her. She is OFA good; CERF is normal. Most of our goldens are water dogs and make good hunters even though they are show quality. If you are thinking of a new golden, remember this breeding.
